Yeah, that is true. I guess my big gripe about book-to-movie adaptations is when things that are not even in the book in any way, shape or form are stuck in there for...whatever reason. And then pertinent parts of the book are left out. But I realize, I don't make films (nor do I write books), so I don't have a lot of room to talk.
