Wow! Things are changing for you these days! I remember reading a post from you in August, when you sounded truly stressed and were thinking of trying some counseling to see if it would help. I am so glad you've gone back to school, and I hope the new house works out too.
What prompted me to look for your journal is that I was in Home Depot yesterday and I had one of those experiences you've spoken about, where another customer mistakes you for an employee. I was standing at the paint counter when a woman walked up, dropped a bunch of paint chip cards down, showed me her fabric from the curtain on the door, described what she had going on in the adjacent areas, then asked if her choice was okay. I was dressed in grubby paint-stained jeans and a very ratty tee-shirt. No makeup, nothing to indicate I had any design sense at all. Weird.
