Well, yes, it IS important. I'm pretty sure the results of this poll reveal some sort of major personality traits.

[Poll #1536989]

For the record, I'm pretty adamantly anti-dunking. For one thing, I don't want no soggy Oreos. For another, crumbs in my milk is just YUCK.

I like to screw them apart and put two halves with the creamy filling together!

Wow...that is pretty hardcore, but it also reminds me, I meant to put a "Double Stuf" or "regular" option in my poll. CRAP.

Yeah, and it doesn't matter if they are double stuffed!

Shouldn't Oreo's opinion be binding on this issue?

Cuuuute pic!

I actually offered her a bite of one. She sniffed it, then walked away. Ah well...I tried.

I like them soggy. I dunk them whole until they get soggy and then I eat them. If I don't have milk available, I will take them apart, eat the filling and MAYBE eat the cookie parts.

Blehhhh!! Haha! I cannot imagine eating soggy Oreos, but to each their own!

I'm not a big fan of milk so crumby milk is seriously for the loose.

I drink like a gallon and a half of milk every week. Sometimes two. It's amazing that I don't walk around mooing.

I don't think I've drunk that much in the last decade. Unless you count what goes in White Russians...

Ha, I do all three, depending on my mood XD. And I totally HAVE to dunk. Soggy Oreos are the best :D. And I just drink the milk down to the crumbs and then pour the rest out, lol.

Oh gag...I bet you eat sludgy cereal milk, too, don't you??!?!?!

LOL it depends on how sludgy it is XD.

Yeah, and I am sure Oreo would rather drink the milk than be dunk in it. Kitties don't like getting soaked. ;-)

She actually does not care for milk! General and Trouble will sometimes take a few sips of my leftover cereal milk, but none of them seem to care much for it.

But yes..I get your pun. :-P Trouble, on the other hand, LOVES being wet. I think I could probably teach him to swim.

APPROPRIATE ICON TIME!

I do not really like Oreos very much. It's something about the cookie - too chocolatey and chalky for me. (Edit: I will say, though, that I like cookies and cream ice cream a lot. I think regular Oreos have too high of a cookie-to-other stuff ratio.) I used to be a sneaky jerk and just lick the filling out then try to pawn the remainder off on my brother. Nowadays, I can handle one Oreo or so (preferably double stuff!) eaten all together in one piece, but usually that's about it.

Now THESE? That's another story. I could eat a whole box in one sitting if you let me.

Guuuh....I simply cannot combine chocolate and mint. Well, usually. My dad loves Peppermint Patties, and sometimes when I'm at their house, I'll have one. But otherwise, just cannot do it.

Have you seen the Oreos that come out around Christmas time, that have like a frosting shell around them? OMG, yum. I'm sure they each have 27 grams of fat and 9 billion calories though, but wow, they're good.

(I ate about a half a box of Oreos the other day, which is what got me thinking of this poll. I've hardly eaten any sweets lately, but I just had a taste for some Oreos...I think migraine hangover..and I imbibed. Big time.)

Mint and chocolate is just about one of my favorite combinations ever! (Peppermint, preferably. One of the coffeeshops around here that I sometimes go to uses "frosted mint" in their mint mochas instead of peppermint, and it is not nearly as good.)

I hear you on the migraine hangovers. Man, I crave the oddest things sometimes when my migraines start to subside, things that might have made me toss my cookies an hour or two earlier. (No pun intended!)

I usually crave crazy things while in the throes of a migraine, and I know it's my body's way of getting me to throw up and get it over with. The other night I was wanting black olives and jalapenos. I did wait until the migraine was FINALLY over before going to Petro's for some chili/chips/various topping madness. With jalapenos and black olives, of course.

I think I made a journal entry one time when I was craving Krispy Kreme. I actually drove across town (in Knoxville), in my freakin' pajamas, to get a half a dozen donuts, which I pretty much stuffed in my face while sitting in the drive-thru. I was soooo sick about ten minutes afterwards.

Well, this was a pleasant exchange! ;-D

And what the heck is "frosted mint" anyway?

Mint oreos with milk. That's the pinnacle. I miss cookies, but if I buy a whole package, I will eat the whole package...so I have to buy one at a time at specialty stores to avoid that.

I like to scrap all the yummy filling off of about five or six oreos, and set it to the side. Then I eat the icky cookie (not a big chocolate fan, am I). Then I enjoy the big Wad o' Cream.

Yes...I remember you saying that before. You DO realize that the stuffing from Oreos is pretty much Crisco and sugar? ;-)

I don't like the filling, so I scrape that off and just eat the cookie part. :)

I don't dunk in milk, but I might possibly dunk in coffee...if I ever drink it again.

When I was a kid I'd have a plate of 4 or 5 oreos. I'd twist them all open and use one of the cookie parts to scrape all the cream out of all of them. I'd roll the cream into a ball and eat that. I'd give the nasty cookie part to my mom.

I would totally still do that to this day if it wasn't horrible table manners. :)

I just eat them. I've never quite understood the whole thing about taking them apart. If I wanted just cookies or just cream, I wouldn't get Oreos. As for the dunking, well, I don't like milk, so that lets that out.
